They usually need high efficiency heavy duty industrial sewing machines with automatic functions, such as a pneumatic/automatic foot lift & reverse stitch, puller, pneumatic seam guide, needle cooler etc. The need for these added functions why the HM-750T was developed.
The HM-750T features an advanced synchronizer (needle positioning sensor) which will allow the operator to stop the needle in up & down positions independently with precision. This level of accuracy and precision is not found on other competitor’s servo motors. The needle positioner is ideal for turning corners while sewing or any other applications that require UP and DOWN needle positioning. "How many times a day do you have to remove your hand from your work, turn the hand wheel to raise or lower the needle, then remove the material?” The Kinedyne synchronizer is an indispensable time saving tool for high production manufacturers.
