While HM-750SL can easily drive most medium and heavy duty leather stitchers and is perfect for the use of hobbyists and small production shops, large scale manufacturers whom are using the sewing machine motor for hours and hours per day on multiple shifts may need a little more assurance and protection. High heat build up from 10-12 continuous hours of operation every day may affect the lifespan of the motor, so we recommend our HM-750SH for such high demand applications. We improved the computer control board with an overheat controller which keeps the motherboard and interior control box components running cool to prevent overheating. In addition, we equipped this motor with with ports and firmware to drive an automatic presser foot lifter, needle cooler and automatic reverse. Under advisement by some of our experienced dealers from around the world,we created some user-friendly features, like a Soft Start function, “Jog-Dial”, Half-Stitch etc. All of these features make the HM-750SH low speed powerful servo motor one of the most complete and sophisticated motors in the market today!!
Many leatherworkers still use a speed reducer unit in addition to a servo motor to provide for the best control and punching power for adverse situations. The addition of a speed reducer can make the handwheel on the sewing machine very hard to turn, and it presents another area of potential failure and maintenance as it requires the use of an additional belt and pulley system. With the HM-750SH servo motor, the speed reducer pulley system can eliminated in many sewing applications.
