The extra large bobbin capacity offers high efficiency in sewing production when using extra thick thread up to V554 (Tex 600 / Govt. 8-Cord);
Its automatic lower and upper hot knife thread trimmer is designed to handle extra thick thread, and thread fraying is prevented by thread heat cutter (The thread trimmer is unable to work when the thickness of material over 20mm);
Extremely large needle penetration power allow the processing of super tough material, such as Mil-W-4088K type 26 military spec Nylon webbing (for parachute harness);
The dual tensioning bolt of shuttle hook prevents loss of bobbin thread tension mid-stitching;
The shuttle bed of other China made 733 class sewing machine is made by Ductile iron, which is prone to wear and tear. It is more frustrating that fabric or thread may get contaminated by ductile iron filings mixed excess oil.
