This electronically controlled pattern sewing machine, with 300 x 200 mm sewing area, and its lower and upper hot knife thread cutting system is designed to handle extra heavy thread. The extra large bobbin permits greater production between bobbin charges. The specialized sewing automation improves quality, lowers production time and reduces operator involvement. In many cases it is possible to run two automated sewing units with only one person, great for saving labor cost.
